This week, I dedicated myself to punctuality, consistently arriving at school on time. My focus was on lesson planning, and I successfully completed 18 lesson plans, including one for a grammar lesson. A particularly memorable moment occurred when I had a substitution in the 3rd-grade class. The students, full of energy, warmly embraced me, expressing their fondness through numerous drawings. This experience brought immense joy, making the week both tiresome and enjoyable.          During this week, I engaged my class (Vlll D) with  the lesson titled 'First Shower.' The lesson involved exploring the concept of rain and its significance. I incorporated various teaching methods, including visual aids and interactive discussions, to enhance the students' understanding.  Another busiest week ends here. It is filled with challenges as well as happiness, On the first day of the week as usual I engage my students in the first period and took remaining portion of the lesson "The nightingale and the rose". There was a PTA meeting on that day in which I actively assisted another teacher in providing tea to the parents , This collaborative effort reinforced a sense of community and support within the school.       On the third day of the week( Wednesday) there was an assembly in which students were called upon stage  who got A grade in sub-jilla level and I realised there were lots of students with many talents.  On friday I engaged my students in the first period and provided them with many activities by which they can increase their thinking skill.And there was quiz competition conducted in the school and many students were participated and two student from 10th and 9th std secured first and second position respectively and ...

This was the second week of my teaching practice. When reflecting on this week of student teaching  there have been so many challenges, so many happy moments and so much I have learned.                     On the first day of the week I have finished the lesson " Song of the flower" and started the lesson "The nightingale and the rose" on the third day as there was strike on the second day and during the free period I gave them notes.                        I almost learned how to control the class. My teaching practice began on 1st November 2023.The school I was alloted to was GHSS valikeezhu.                    The first day was Kerala piravi celebration. After the assembly my subject teacher Clara vincy miss( English) shared the timetable and given me the charge of D division of eight standard (Vlll D). I have to deal with the chapters of fourth unit of Kerala English reader standard VIII part-II. I have completed 2 lesson plans in this three days. The students were co-operative and I gave them sufficient activities and homework.                           It was a nice experience and I am exited for the comming weeks.
